Christopher Smith

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As Chief Executive Officer of Kingsmen Capital Partners,  I oversee the firm’s strategic direction, investment governance and institutional growth across Australia and Asia. With more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and M&A, I have led and advised on complex cross-border transactions and structured capital solutions.

Before joining Kingsmen, I served as Chief Operating Officer at Marshall Investments where I managed fund strategy, transaction execution and portfolio performance. My focus is on positioning Kingsmen as a leading private credit institution defined by discipline, precision and long-term value creation.

Brendan Casey AM

CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

As Chief Investment Officer at Kingsmen Capital Partners, I oversee the firm’s lending strategy, portfolio performance and investment governance across Australia and Asia. With more than 35 years of experience spanning investment management, financial markets and institutional governance, I bring a disciplined and analytical approach to capital deployment.

My background combines extensive market expertise with four decades of strategic and leadership service within the Australian Defence Force, where I currently serve as a Brigadier General. This dual perspective shapes a philosophy grounded in precision, integrity and long-term value creation.

Investor Relations

As Head of Investor Relations at Kingsmen Capital Partners, I oversee strategic fundraising, investor engagement and institutional partnerships across Europe, the Middle East and global markets. With more than 25 years of experience spanning private equity, venture capital and investment banking, I have delivered major transactions and supported investors, fund managers and corporate clients through complex investment and capital mandates.

Before joining Kingsmen, I held senior executive roles including European/Middle Eastern Market Executive at Fuel Venture Capital, where I oversaw portfolio expansion and executed more than $230 million in capital transactions. I have also held leadership positions at Bahrain Development Bank, Generali Investments and EBN Capital, overseeing investment strategy, portfolio performance and long-term value creation across private equity, venture capital and corporate finance platforms.

As Executive Partner at Kingsmen Capital Partners, I oversee strategic origination, capital structuring and institutional partnerships across Australia and international markets. With more than 25 years of experience spanning real estate investment, private lending and asset management, I have delivered major transactions and supported investors, developers and corporate clients through complex credit and investment mandates.

Before joining Kingsmen, I held senior executive roles including Managing Director at X Commercial, where I oversaw a $3 billion portfolio and executed more than $450 million in capital transactions. I have also held leadership positions at Intera Group and Westfield, overseeing investment strategy, portfolio performance and long-term value creation across diversified real estate and credit platforms.

Lakith Thomas

As Senior Investment Manager at Kingsmen Capital Partners, I oversee investor engagement, capital structuring and strategic distribution across Australia and international markets. With more than five years of experience spanning property finance, investment lending and portfolio strategy, I have originated significant transactions and delivered tailored credit solutions across multiple segments.

Before joining Kingsmen, I held senior roles including Investment Manager in diversified lending, where I oversaw annual settlements exceeding $80 million and supported clients through complex investment and development mandates. My background spans residential, commercial, SMSF and project finance, shaping a disciplined approach to origination, portfolio oversight and long-term value creation.

Saransh Mourya

As Investment Manager at Kingsmen Capital Partners, I oversee investor engagement, capital structuring and transaction execution across Australia and international markets. With experience spanning investment banking, wealth advisory and corporate finance, I have delivered strategic guidance to high-net-worth clients, family offices and mid-market companies across M&A execution, capital raising and portfolio strategy.

Before joining Kingsmen, I served as an Investment Banking Associate within a boutique advisory firm, where I completed multi-million-dollar mandates and advised senior executives on valuation, capital allocation and long-term growth initiatives. I also held a senior finance role within a manufacturing group, overseeing performance analysis, capital efficiency programs and enterprise-wide modelling to support strategic decision-making.

Philip Lee

As General Manager at Kingsmen Capital Partners, I bring more than 15 years of experience across property finance, structured lending and capital markets. I have closed over $500 million in real estate transactions, specialising in development funding and strategic capital solutions for developers and private investors.

My approach combines analytical discipline with deep market insight, supporting the firm’s growth and contributing to the ongoing development of Kingsmen’s next generation of finance professionals.

As CRM, Digital Outreach and Broker Onboarding Manager at Kingsmen Capital Partners, I bring more than 15 years of experience across commercial finance, sales strategy and business growth within the Australian market.  I focus on expanding and supporting Kingsmen’s broker network, enhancing CRM-driven engagement workflows and ensuring streamlined onboarding and communication across all origination channels.

My approach blends operational discipline with relationship-led partnership development and consistent delivery standards, strengthening the firm’s distribution capability and elevating the overall broker experience.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

As Associate Director at Kingsmen Capital Partners, I lead the firm’s structured lending origination, credit strategy and investor partnership initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience across private credit, fund management and large-scale property development finance, I bring deep expertise in structured lending, risk assessment and institutional relationship management.

My focus is on expanding Kingsmen’s capital partnerships, originating high-quality lending opportunities and driving sustainable portfolio growth through disciplined credit execution.

Ezra Watkins

As Senior Lending Specialist at Kingsmen Capital Partners, I oversee origination of structured lending, broker collaboration and investor engagement initiatives. With broad experience supporting founder-led ventures and managing complex financing solutions, I bring extensive expertise in credit structuring, risk evaluation and institutional relationship development.

With more than 15 years of experience in fund management, trustee operations and client relations, I bring a meticulous and institutionally disciplined approach to managing Kingsmen’s private credit and investment vehicles.

My background spans multi-asset fund operations, compliance oversight and cross-border investment structures, enabling efficient execution, robust governance and full transparency across all managed entities. At Kingsmen, I am committed to delivering operational excellence, fiduciary integrity and sustained investor confidence across every fund under management.

Divya Devaki

SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER

As Senior Operations Manager at Kingsmen Capital Partners, I oversee fund administration, operational governance and investor servicing across Australia and Asia. With over 12 years of experience in investment operations and fund governance, I bring a disciplined and institutionally aligned approach to supporting Kingsmen’s private credit platforms.

My background spans multi-asset fund operations, compliance oversight and cross-border investment structures, including scaling funds from $30 million to $85 million in FUM, launching wholesale funds and supporting portfolio transactions totalling tens of millions. At Kingsmen, I am committed to delivering operational excellence, fiduciary integrity and investor reassurance across all strategies under management.

Joshua Hua

As Credit Analyst at Kingsmen Capital Partners, I support credit assessment, financial modelling and investment evaluation across Australia and international markets. With hands-on experience spanning advisory, restructuring and valuations, I have delivered detailed financial analyses and supported investors, creditors and corporate clients through complex credit and restructuring mandates.

Before joining Kingsmen, I held analyst roles at Mackay Goodwin and HLB Mann Judd, where I led financial due diligence, scenario modelling and Independent Expert Reports for high-profile restructures and asset sales, including $30m alternative asset deals, multi-million-dollar technology company sales and $500m apartment development projects. I have also contributed to PwC’s Transformations Consulting team, supporting digital bank strategy and project delivery on $60m tech projects, and received recognition for strong stakeholder communication, modelling expertise and report generation.

Executive Assistance

Clodagh brings experience across commercial property analysis, asset operations and corporate support, gained through roles within leading real estate advisory and consultancy firms in Australia and New Zealand.

She previously worked at Savills Sydney and held roles with ASJ Property Consultancy and Wendell Property, supporting valuation workflows, asset management processes, project coordination and stakeholder communication. She has contributed  to building condition assessments, operational reporting, transaction preparation and cross-functional support across property and capital markets teams.
