With more than 35 years of experience spanning investment management, financial markets and institutional governance, I bring a disciplined and analytical approach to capital deployment.

My background combines extensive market expertise with four decades of strategic and leadership service within the Australian Defence Force, where I currently serve as a Brigadier General. This dual perspective shapes a philosophy grounded in precision, integrity and long-term value creation.

Investor Relations

As Senior Investment Manager at Kingsmen Capital Partners, I oversee investor engagement, capital structuring and transaction execution across Australia and international markets. With experience spanning investment banking, wealth advisory and corporate finance, I have delivered strategic guidance to high-net-worth clients, family offices and mid-market companies across M&A execution, capital raising and portfolio strategy.

Before joining Kingsmen, I served as an Investment Banking Associate within a boutique advisory firm, where I completed multi-million-dollar mandates and advised senior executives on valuation, capital allocation and long-term growth initiatives. I also held a senior finance role within a manufacturing group, overseeing performance analysis, capital efficiency programs and enterprise-wide modelling to support strategic decision-making.

With more than five years of experience spanning property finance, investment lending and portfolio strategy, I have originated significant transactions and delivered tailored credit solutions across multiple segments.

Before joining Kingsmen, I held senior roles including Investment Manager in diversified lending, where I oversaw annual settlements exceeding $80 million and supported clients through complex investment and development mandates. My background spans residential, commercial, SMSF and project finance, shaping a disciplined approach to origination, portfolio oversight and long-term value creation.

With more than 15 years of experience in fund management, trustee operations and client relations, I bring a meticulous and institutionally disciplined approach to managing Kingsmen’s private credit and investment vehicles.

My background spans multi-asset fund operations, compliance oversight and cross-border investment structures, enabling efficient execution, robust governance and full transparency across all managed entities. At Kingsmen, I am committed to delivering operational excellence, fiduciary integrity and sustained investor confidence across every fund under management.

Joshua Hua

As Credit Analyst at Kingsmen Capital Partners, I support credit assessment, financial modelling and investment evaluation across Australia and international markets. With hands-on experience spanning advisory, restructuring and valuations, I have delivered detailed financial analyses and supported investors, creditors and corporate clients through complex credit and restructuring mandates.

Before joining Kingsmen, I held analyst roles at Mackay Goodwin and HLB Mann Judd, where I led financial due diligence, scenario modelling and Independent Expert Reports for high-profile restructures and asset sales, including $30m alternative asset deals, multi-million-dollar technology company sales and $500m apartment development projects. I have also contributed to PwC’s Transformations Consulting team, supporting digital bank strategy and project delivery on $60m tech projects, and received recognition for strong stakeholder communication, modelling expertise and report generation.
